Hilton Law provides a comprehensive Court agency service that is fast, reliable and efficient at extremely competitive rates. The firm’s location in the heart of Manchester’s new commercial and legal district means that we are ideally placed to assist both solicitors and clients in preparing, issuing and serving Court proceedings and applications, and attending hearings at the Civil Justice Centre which is adjacent to our offices, and the Manchester Employment Tribunal. We will also attend other Courts in the North West on behalf of solicitors’ firms who need assistance in relation to commercial litigation and employment matters.

We will also advise on appointing, instructing and attending conferences with Counsel.

We have experience of proceedings in the Queen’s Bench Division and Chancery Division, the Technology and Construction Court, the Companies and Bankruptcy Courts and the County Court.

We look to achieve collection pre-action collection but if this fails we will act immediately to issue Court, bankruptcy or winding-up proceedings.
